- Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

- Where an account has been inactive for an extended period of time.
- At the member's own request for self-exclusion.
If your account is closed, you may request a refund of any legitimate balance — however, this will only be processed once any ongoing investigation has concluded. Balances on accounts closed due to fraud will not be refunded.

- If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be referred to the relevant licensing authority for settlement.
